1. Delivery Locations
We currently ship all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time & Charges

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS/email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide for orders up to PKR 15,000.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel at the delivery address.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned, and re-delivery may incur extra charges.
7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with your order details and pictures of the product.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international delivery, but we’re working to make Skin Candy available worldwide soon.
